While nominally providing significant detail, Morgan’s book offers few overarching themes or messages and provides remarkably little in the way of penetrating analysis. Robert Dallek, the author of an earlier book on Roosevelt’s foreign policy and several presidential biographies, is the latest to take this route. There are many strengths to “Franklin D Author: David Nasaw.
